§ 8.08.010. Hours prohibited.¶
No person shall drive or ride any horse or other animal on any public street, highway, thoroughfare or right-of-way within the city between sunset and sunrise.

§ 8.08.020. Riding on private property.¶
No person shall drive or ride any horse or other animal upon any private property at any time unless permission to do so has first been obtained from the owner, lessee or occupant of the premises or the agent of any one of those persons.

§ 8.08.030. Penalty for violation.¶
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished according to Section 1.08.020.
