§ 15.44.010. Insurance requirements.

The city council may, by ordinance, resolution or minute action, require the applicant for a building and/or encroachment permit to file a certificate of insurance evidencing coverage for bodily or property damage liability as a condition to the issuance of either a building, encroachment permit, or both.
