Chapter 9.110 — EXTREME BODY MODIFICATION FACILITIES

The establishment and/or operation of extreme body modification facilities as defined by Chapter 5.34 of this code shall be prohibited in all zone classifications. No permit or any other applicable license or entitlement for use, including, but not limited to, the issuance of a business license, shall be approved or issued for the establishment or operation of extreme body modification facilities within the city limits.
