Division 8 — Water Efficient Landscaping

§ 9168.1. Adoption of Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance.

Except as hereinafter provided, Chapter 71 of Title 26 (Building Code) of the Los Angeles County Code and Chapter 20.09 of Title 20 (Utilities Code) of the Los Angeles County Code, as amended and in effect on the effective date of this Division, are hereby adopted by reference. The abovementioned Chapters which are hereby adopted shall constitute and may be cited as the Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance of the City of Carson.

Copies of Chapter 71 of Title 26 (Building Code) of the Los Angeles County Code and Chapter 20.09 of Title 20 (Utilities Code) of the Los Angeles County Code have been deposited in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Carson and shall be at all times maintained by the City Clerk for use and examination by the public. (Ord. 93-998 § 1)
