§ 9126.25. Yards and Open Spaces - Rear Yard.

Each lot shall have a rear yard with a minimum depth of fifteen (15) feet or fifteen (15) percent of the lot depth, whichever is less, with the exception of accessory dwelling units, which shall be developed consistent with the standards in CMC § 9122.1 , and second primary units and two (2) unit developments, which shall be developed consistent with the standards in CMC § 9128.84 .
