12.26.010 - Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply:

A. "Public facility" means and includes any ground, building, restroom, structure or similar location, together with all ancillary facilities, utilities and infrastructure, that is owned, operated or managed by or on behalf of the city.

12.26.020 - Access to public facilities—Prohibited acts.

It is unlawful for any person to enter any portion of or be in a public facility in the city at a time of day, or on a day of the week, when such entry is prohibited by a clearly legible sign posted at each entrance to such public facility. The city manager is given authority to post such signs.
