§ 15.19.010. Adoption.¶

A. All construction sites issued a building permit from the City shall be maintained in a clean and orderly manner at all times. All construction debris, residue, scrap materials and/or trash shall be removed regularly (weekly as needed) so as to maintain a clean site.

B. Violation of this section may result in suspension of the building permit until the violation is corrected and citation by the Building Official in accordance with the enforcement provisions of the Carmel-by-the-Sea Municipal Code.
