§ 12.50.010. Prohibition.¶

Playing of pickleball and other paddle sports in Forest Hill Park is hereby prohibited. This prohibition does not apply to playing tennis in Forest Hill Park.

§ 12.50.020. Enforcement.¶

Violations of the provisions of Chapter 12.50 CMC shall be subject to enforcement by the City pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1.16 CMC, General Penalty, and/or Chapter 18.04 CMC, Municipal Code and Ordinance Enforcement.

§ 12.50.030. Signs.¶

There shall be signs posted at the Forest Hill Park providing notice of the provisions of CMC §§ 12.50.010 through 12.50.020.
