§ 10.72.010. Sleeping in Vehicles.

It is unlawful for any person to sleep in any vehicle parked on the public street, alley, way or parking area or any privately owned parking area used for the parking of any customers of any business enterprise in the City between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day. A vehicle, for the purpose of this section, shall be as defined by Section 670 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California as it now exists or may hereafter be amended.
