3.36.010 Fees set by City Council.¶

All fees and charges related to grading, plan review, inspections, permits, and related services, as well as development and planning processing fees, shall be established by resolution of the City of Canyon Lake in accordance with applicable law. The City Council by resolution may establish any other fees and charges as authorized by law.

3.36.020 Repeal.¶

Riverside County Ordinance 671.4, adopted by the City of Canyon Lake in its Ordinance No. 25, is repealed. All other provisions of said Ordinance No. 25 shall remain in full force and effect until otherwise revised, repealed, or superseded.
