§ 2.17.010. Authorization of contract between Council and Board of Administration of…¶
A contract between the Council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of said contract being on file in the City Clerk's office, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference thereto made a part of this chapter as though set out in this chapter in full.
§ 2.17.020. Authorization of Mayor to execute contract.¶
The Mayor is authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract, attested by the City Clerk, for and on behalf of the City.
