§ 10.38.010. Public streets and sidewalks – Prohibited.¶
Pursuant to voter initiative passed April 12, 1988, parking meters are prohibited on all public streets and sidewalks within the City limits.

§ 10.38.020. Off-street areas – Allowed.¶
Nothing contained in this chapter prohibits the installation or operation of parking meters on or in any off-street areas.
