§ 3.10.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to relieve the city of the costs and expenses incurred in maintaining copies of plans as required by Health and Safety Code Section 19850 pursuant to the provisions of Health and Safety Code Section 19852.

§ 3.10.020. Costs to be paid by applicant.

All building, planning and public works permit applicants shall pay all costs, including administrative costs, associated with microfilming documents for retention by the city of Calimesa. The costs of microfilming documents shall be reviewed annually, and set by resolution by the city council.
