Calexico Municipal Code Ch. 3.10 Parking Acquisition Fund

There is created and established for the city a fund for parking acquisitions, in accordance with the provisions of Title 5, Division 2, Part 1, Chapter 4, Article 4 of the Government Code of the State of California (commencing at Section 5373).

The purpose of the fund created in this chapter is to receive certain unencumbered funds and to hold the same as reserves for future acquisition of necessary real property and construction thereon, for municipal parking within the city, in the area bounded on the north by the alley between Fourth and Fifth Streets, on the west by Imperial Avenue, on the east by Mary Street, and on the south by the International Border.

Funds placed in the capital outlay fund created in this chapter shall not be disbursed except for the foregoing purposes.
