13.32.010 - Pollution of drinking water—Animals prohibited.¶
No person, firm, company or corporation shall cause or permit any horses, cattle, sheep, swine, poultry or any kind of livestock or domestic animals to pollute the waters in any ditch, canal, reservoir or elsewhere used or intended for drinking purposes by the inhabitants of this city.

13.32.020 - Pollution of drinking water—Bathing and washing clothes prohibited.¶
No person shall bathe or wash clothes in any ditch, canal, stream, reservoir or other waters which are used or intended for drinking purposes by the inhabitants of this city.
