12.12.010 - Prohibited.

No person shall fish from or upon a public highway bridge, and such fishing is prohibited.

12.12.020 - Penalty for violation.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
