3.36.010 - Check returned without payment.¶

There shall be a twelve dollar ($12.00) charge for the processing of any check returned for insufficient funds or any other reason to the city or any department thereof. The twelve dollar ($12.00) charge shall be added to and become part of the underlying obligation.
