§ 18504

California Welfare and Institutions Code · 2026 edition · updated 2026-10-04 · California

No person is eligible for relief who, being physically capable thereof, refuses suitable employment. The department shall define “suitable employment,” but no person shall be required to accept work where a labor dispute exists.
