§ 10602.1

No later than May 14, 2025, and no later than May 14 every year thereafter, the State Department of Social Services shall provide the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and the Senate and Assembly Budget committees with a proposed list of quality improvement activities, including funding totals by activity, that will be funded in the next fiscal year with federal Child Care and Development Funds pursuant to Section 98.53 of Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
