§ 19752

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, expenditures shall be limited to providing only those services specified in Section 706 of Title 29 of the United States Code, when those services cannot be secured through any other source of funding. Services shall only be provided to the extent that federal funds designated for ILRS have been received by the department.
