§ 14126.036

This article shall become inoperative on August 1, 2020, and as of January 1, 2021, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute that is enacted before January 1, 2021, deletes or extends that date.

(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 17, Sec. 7. (AB 119) Effective June 24, 2015. Repealed as of January 1, 2021, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Article 3.8, commencing with Section 14126.)
