No sooner than July 1, 2017, the department may establish a Whole Child Model program for Medi-Cal eligible CCS children and youth enrolled in a managed care plan served by a county organized health system or Regional Health Authority in the following counties: Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Monterey, Napa, Orange, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Trinity, and Yolo.
