§ 11462.03

(a) Notwithstanding subdivision (c) of Section 11462, the data obtained by the department pursuant to that subdivision using 1985 calendar year costs shall be updated and revised by January 1, 1994. The department may use unaudited cost data submitted by group home providers and shall submit its best estimate of what the costs would have been had fiscal audits been completed.
(b) When the department updates the 1985 calendar year costs using unaudited cost information submitted by group home providers, the department shall adjust costs by applying offsets and reasonableness adjustments to the unaudited cost data. The department shall report both adjusted and unadjusted cost data pursuant to this section and subdivision (c) of Section 11462.
