§ 70121

In order to vote at any district election, including the formation election, a person must be a qualified elector of the district. A “qualified elector of the district” is one who meets all of the following qualifications:

(a) He shall be a registered voter.

(b) He shall reside in the district.

(c) His name shall appear on the last equalized assessment roll of the county.

(d) He shall own property assessed within the boundaries of the district.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 506, Sec. 3.)
