§ 34180

The clerk of the board shall cause a notice to be published at least once a week for three successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in each affected county. The notice shall state each of the following:

(a) That the petition has been presented to the board.

(b) The time and place for the hearing.

(c) The text of the petition.

(d) The names signed to the petition.

(Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 390.)
