§ 33224

Any assessments levied by or on behalf of the districts, or any bills or statements rendered by or on behalf of the districts, being dissolved and merged into the new Costa Mesa County Water District shall continue to be a debt or obligation of the person or property against whom levied, assessed or rendered.
