§ 53805

When a district is transferred in whole or in part to another county from that in which it was organized, all proceedings, petitions or orders which should have been recorded in the county to which the district is in whole or in part transferred shall be copied and certified by the officer having custody thereof, transferred to, and recorded in, such county.
