§ 6404

If at any time during construction, enlargement, repair, or alterations of any dam or reservoir the department finds that the work is not being done in accordance with the provisions of the approval and the approved plans and specifications or in accordance with the approval and revised plans and specifications, it shall give a written notice and order by registered mail or by personal service to the owner.
