§ 74506

A district may disseminate information concerning the rights, properties, activities, plans, and proposals of the district; provided, however, that expenditures during any fiscal year for such purposes shall not exceed three cents ($0.03) for each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessed valuation of the district.
