§ 70071

The three directors elected at the election held pursuant to the provisions of the Uniform District Election Law (Part 4 (commencing with Section 10500) of Division 10 of the Elections Code), or appointed pursuant to Section 10515 of the Elections Code, shall take office at 12 o'clock noon on the first Monday after the January 1st succeeding their election. Directors shall hold office until their successors are elected and qualified.
