§ 2930

(a) “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of the California Highway Patrol.

(b) “Fund” means the California Motorcyclist Safety Fund.

(c) “Program” means the motorcyclist safety program established in this article.

(Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 547, Sec. 2.)
