§ 41374

The county recycling component shall describe methods which will be used to increase markets for recycled materials, including, but not limited to, an evaluation of the feasibility of procurement preferences for the purchase of recycled products. Each county may grant a price preference to encourage the purchase of recycled products. The amount of the price preference shall be determined by the county.
