§ 19520

Each fiberglass manufacturer shall, on or before March 1 of each year, submit a report to the department certifying the number of tons of cullet used for the manufacture of fiberglass during the preceding calendar year and the number of tons of fiberglass sold in the state during the preceding calendar year.
