§ 14515.8

(a) “Pilot project recycler” means a recycling location established under Section 14571.9.

(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2034, and as of that date is repealed.

(Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 182, Sec. 1. (SB 1113) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2034, by its own provisions.)
