DIVISION 10.1. Farmland Access and Conservation for Thriving Communities Act (FACT CA) 10100-10112

§ 10100

This division shall be known, and may be cited, as the Farmland Access and Conservation for Thriving Communities Act (FACT CA).

(Added by Stats. 2026, Ch. 254, Sec. 1. (SB 178) Effective September 18, 2026. Conditionally operative as prescribed by Section 10112. Conditionally inoperative on or before July 1, 2041, as prescribed by Section 10112. Repealed as of January 1, 2042, pursuant to Section 10112.)
