DIVISION 20.6. Planning for Sea Level Rise Database 30961-30968

§ 30961

It is the intent of the Legislature that the Planning for Sea Level Rise Database provide the public with an educational tool that will enable parties to view up-to-date information from a single, centrally located source about actions taken by cities, counties, cities and counties, regions, and public and private entities to address sea level rise.

(Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 522, Sec. 1. (AB 2516) Effective January 1, 2015. Repealed as of January 1, 2023, pursuant to Section 30968.)
