§ 26550.5

Proceedings for the formation of a district may be initiated by either of the following methods:

(a) A petition signed by owners of not less than 10 percent of the real property to be included within the proposed district.

(b) By resolution of the legislative body.

(Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1118.)
