§ 30614

Public Resources Code §§ 30000–30900 — California Coastal Act of 1976 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. (a) The commission shall take appropriate steps to ensure that coastal development permit conditions existing as of January 1, 2002, relating to affordable housing are enforced and do not expire during the term of the permit.

(b) Nothing in this section is intended to retroactively authorize the release of any housing unit for persons and families of low or moderate income from coastal development permit requirements except as provided in Section 30607.2.

(Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 297, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2003.)
