§ 30403

Public Resources Code §§ 30000–30900 — California Coastal Act of 1976 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. It is the intent of the Legislature that the policies of this division and all local coastal programs prepared pursuant to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 30500) should provide the common assumptions upon which state functional plans for the coastal zone are based in accordance with the provisions of Section 65036 of the Government Code.

(Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1330.)
