§ 30305

Public Resources Code §§ 30000–30900 — California Coastal Act of 1976 · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. Except as otherwise provided in this division, the commission shall succeed to any and all obligations, powers, duties, responsibilities, benefits, or legal interests of regional coastal commissions which existed prior to July 1, 1981.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 1173, Sec. 5.)
