§ 30108.55

30108.55. “Local coastal element” is that portion of a general plan applicable to the coastal zone which may be prepared by local government pursuant to this division, or any additional elements of the local government’s general plan prepared pursuant to Section 65303 of the Government Code, as the local government deems appropriate.
