§ 21154

Public Resources Code §§ 21000–21189.91 — California Environmental Quality Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. Whenever any state agency, board, or commission issues an order which requires a local agency to carry out a project which may have a significant effect on the environment, any environmental impact report which the local agency may prepare shall be limited to consideration of those factors and alternatives which will not conflict with such order.
