§ 21067

Public Resources Code §§ 21000–21189.91 — California Environmental Quality Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. “Lead agency” means the public agency which has the principal responsibility for carrying out or approving a project which may have a significant effect upon the environment.
