§ 21006

Public Resources Code §§ 21000–21189.91 — California Environmental Quality Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. The Legislature finds and declares that this division is an integral part of any public agency’s decisionmaking process, including, but not limited to, the issuance of permits, licenses, certificates, or other entitlements required for activities undertaken pursuant to federal statutes containing specific waivers of sovereign immunity.

(Added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 272, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1999.)
