§ 111929

Inhalable products shall not be sold to consumers under 21 years of age.

(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 576, Sec. 10. (AB 45) Effective October 6, 2021. Conditionally operative as prescribed by Section 111929.4. Repealed as of January 1, 2028, pursuant to Section 111929.5.)
