§ 111929.5

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2028, and as of that date is repealed.

(Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 248, Sec. 46. (AB 8) Effective January 1, 2026. Conditionally operative as prescribed by Section 111929.4 Repealed as of January 1, 2028, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 10 commencing with Section 111929.)
