§ 37925

Any action challenging the legality of a comprehensive residential rehabilitation financing program, the selection of a residential rehabilitation area, the selection of residences for residential rehabilitation pursuant to Section 37922.1, or the adoption of a plan for public improvements for a residential rehabilitation area, shall be commenced within 60 days of the adoption of such program, selection of such area or residences, or adoption of such plan for public improvements.
