§ 125291.165

The proceeds from the sale of bonds authorized by this article are not “proceeds of taxes” as that term is used in Article XIIIB of the California Constitution, and the disbursement of these proceeds is not subject to the limitations imposed by that article.

(Added November 3, 2020, by initiative Proposition 14, Sec. 24. Effective on fifth day after Secretary of State files final Statement of Vote.)
