This chapter shall become inoperative on July 1, 2020, and, as of January 1, 2021, is repealed.

(Repealed and added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 38, Sec. 12. (AB 114) Effective July 10, 2017. Repealed as of January 1, 2021, by its own provisions. Note: Termination clause affects Chapter 7, commencing with Section 127660.)
