§ 104664

This article shall remain in effect only until July 1, 2023, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2024, deletes or extends that date.

(Amended by Stats. 2016, Ch. 394, Sec. 1. (AB 2635) Effective January 1, 2017. Repealed as of July 1, 2023, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 3, commencing with Section 104660.)
